Fit Females is a rigorous 6-week program created specifically for women looking to dig deep and elevate their level of fitness. Our elite team of trainers are with you every step of the way pushing you to become your best self by creating specific programming designed to build lean body mass through strength training and high intensity interval training. Program members are given a variety of resources to be successful in this 6-week window that includes programming, journaling, macro and nutrition counseling, weekly meal plans, and access to a private Facebook group for further discussion and motivation. A Training Camp fitness membership is not necessary to enroll in the program, and those who are interested are more than welcome to participate solely in the Fit Females program. The programs are limited to 8 women, so fill out the form below if you want to join an upcoming group of Fit Females!
