Moxie is more than a class, it’s an experience. This room is the heartbeat: lights low, music loud, with bursts of neon color.

This is fitness stripped down, allowing a space for ALL fitness levels to come together. It combines the great benefits of strength training with the compound components of HIIT movements to give you a workout that will challenge you physically and mentally.
