Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is an ancient art from that is known around the world as the art of ground fighting. BJJ is a mixture of wrestling and submission techniques both in an offensive and defensive setting. The techniques and strategies implemented are based off the concept of using one’s own body as a weapon and leverage tool. Jiu Jitsu is a great means of SELF DEFENSE. The belts range from white, blue, purple, brown, and black. No-Gi is a style of BJJ that has been adapted to be implemented more so for the day to day lifestyle and self-defense.
