At TRAINING CAMP we believe in being the most well-rounded we can possibly be.  To complement the high energy of our fitness and combat sports programs, we also offer Yoga.

At TRAINING CAMP we focus on a power/vinyasa based form of yoga involving classical sun salutes interspersed between postures held isometrically. Followed up by soothing hip openers and gentle to advanced inversions. Students are instructed on proper breathing technique and learn to move the breath and body harmoniously in a way to induce a meditative mindset.
