R.I.P.P.E.D.This class is 60 minutes of interval circuit training at its finest! Every R.I.P.P.E.D. class offers a complete and total body workout in which we utilize Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, and Endurance, and Durability training protocols.

IRON PILE Let’s get confident and more proficient at moving heavier weights with solid form and technique in a modality that will push you for that ever elusive “one more rep.” This class is structured to move at a slower pace with a strong focus on form and tempo training to maximize the benefits of strength training. Please arrive 15 minutes before class if it is your first class with us!

MOXIE Moxie describes someone with a fighting spirit. Someone who has faced setbacks, but continues to get back up again. Moxie is more than a class, it’s an experience. This room is the heartbeat: lights low, music loud, with bursts of neon color. This is fitness stripped down, allowing a space for ALL fitness levels to come together. It combines the great benefits of strength training with the compound components of HIIT movements to give you a workout that will challenge you physically and mentally. This is your moment. This is Moxie.

HIIT & HOOKS HIIT & HOOKS is a group fitness class designed for people who absolutely love a high intensity workout! You will spend 30 mins in our fitness area completing a high intensity interval circuit and then spend 30 minutes hitting the bags with three of Nashville’s BEST boxing instructors, Larry Donald, Natalie Baldwin, and Marqos Maldonado! This class fills up fast so sign up soon! No boxing experience necessary. We provide gloves for your first class. Wraps available to purchase for $10.

COURAGE It’ll take nothing but COURAGE to finish one of these challenging, high intensity interval classes! Our focus for this class is on maintaining a consistent level of intensity while challenging yourself through each interval of work. A variety of body weight exercises, plyometric movements, and machines are used to help you build a bigger engine to achieve your fitness goals! Please arrive 15 minutes before class if it is your first class with us!
